Lawyer, graduated from the University of Carabobo in Venezuela, and in Spain, from the Francisco de Vitoria University, member of the Madrid Bar Association. 2003-2011.
Master's degree in Tax Consulting from the Center for Financial Studies of Madrid (CEF). 2006.
Master's Degree in Political Action, Institutional Strengthening and Citizen Action in the Rule of Law, by the Rey Juan Carlos University, Francisco de Vitoria University and the Madrid Bar Association. 2009.
PhD in International Migration and Development Cooperation, from the Pontifical University of Comillas in Madrid, ICADE. 2010.

With an extensive and impeccable professional career spanning over 20 years in Venezuela and Spain, she worked for two major multinational corporations: General Motors Venezuela, the North American assembly plant, in the Legal Department; and Alstom Transport, the French high-speed rail company, in Madrid, in the Tax Department. Subsequently, she served as Legal Counsel for Infica Financial Institution in Venezuela, a firm that advises several vehicle assembly plants in the country.
He collaborated jointly with the Francisco de Vitoria University and the Botín Foundation, in the visualization of good government practices in Latin America, for the Botín Scholarships for Public Service studies.
He was part of the Board of Directors of the prestigious Association of Executives of the State of Carabobo in Venezuela.
Currently, through his law firm, he provides services to clients throughout Latin America and other parts of the world on legal matters related to immigration and foreign affairs, tax law and commercial law in Spain.
